Ishikawa Governor’s Award for Green Corporations

On February 19, 2003, the Kanazawa subbranch (General Manager: Sotoyuki Hosokawa) of the Kansai Daini (No.2) Branch received the 2002 Ishikawa Governor’s Award for Green Corporations, sponsored by the Environmental Policy Section of Ishikawa Prefecture’s government. The award was established in 2001 as part of a policy to promote the Ishikawa Green Plan, a plan enacted in March 2000 to create a more environmentally sound prefecture and aimed at creating a recycling-based society in Ishikawa Prefecture. This was the second year the award was given.

The Ishikawa Governor’s Award for Green Corporations was awarded to NEC Fielding and the Kanazawa subbranch for their efforts in environmental conservation.
