Certification Cost Reimbursement Program
imeg
We have a certification cost reimbursement system that assists our employees in obtaining public and vendor certifications. The program provides cash reimbursements to persons obtaining official certifications specified by the company.
Thanks to this program, the number of certificate holders at the company capable of responding to customer needs continues to grow each year.

Voluntary training support system
imeg
Our provisions for support of voluntary training rest on the idea that the individual will to acquire capabilities must be at the basis of human resource development. In this spirit, we offer all employees opportunities for self-betterment and assume part of the expense burden.
We have prepared voluntary training courses in a diversity of fields, including management, basic business skills, accounting, languages, qualification acquisition, and hobby-type areas.

Domestic "study abroad" system
imeg
We have instated a scheme to enable employees so desiring to pursue studies at schools in Japan. Under this scheme, we send employees to universities, graduate schools, research institutions, and other bodies of adult education to acquire advanced knowledge and technology, as needed to improve their capabilities and develop their careers.
We send one or two employees to such educational institutions every year since the scheme's instatement in fiscal 1993.
In fiscal 2006, we also began sending employees to institutions relating to security and risk management, in order to acquire skills and knowledge in these areas in our increasingly digital society.

Information security technology is vital and necessary for the IT society. These technologies are evolving rapidly, in step with expanding threats. Our customers do not require individual product knowledge, technologies, or services; rather, they need an information system or a management system in the right place and in the right format.
I used the domestic study abroad system to attend the Institute of Information Security because I wanted to gain the ability to make proposals taking my customers' entire systems into account, from physical security, to security countermeasure systems, to management systems. At the institute, I took courses relating to these topics in order to learn about security technologies, management, operations, Information-security audits, and law, and increased the depth of my understanding. My two years of study were extremely valuable, giving me skills that I can put into practice immediately, as well as giving me a multifaceted perspective. I feel that it will have an enormous influence on my development of services in the security business, where my day-to-day work takes place. One thing in particular that I gained was a broader perspective on the current information-technology society, including political/administrative, legal, ethical, and theoretical aspects.
I plan to work even harder so that I can make a contribution to the growing IT society and be able to provide my customers with IT systems balancing convenience with security.
