NEC Fielding has continued to debate issues related to achieving the mission statement from a perspective that is not limited to a particular department or generation, and the thoughts at all layers of the management philosophy scheme are checked and revised so that they always match the environment the company is in.
Within the new management philosophy scheme, the business objectives of becoming a globally excellent company is clearly stated following the corporate principle, which is the overarching concept for the Company’s management, and within the management policies, which were created based on the business objectives, both CS management, which targets stable growth, and the CSR policies, which are to contribute to a sustainable society, are clearly positioned as foundations within management policies.
So far we have been conducting business activities based on this management philosophy scheme, and now, we strive for the realization of new vision from FY2008 onwards. |
