| Employee recruitment |
| We recognize that each employee is an important business resource. In order for NEC Fielding to continue to expand, we think it is necessary to hire people who have the same goals that we have, and we hire new graduates each year. In addition, in the second half of fiscal 2006, we launched a full mid-career recruiting system in order to open the doors of employment even wider. |

| Employment of challenged |
| Utilizing our network of 414 offices throughout Japan, we employ challenged people who want to work in their local community. From the perspective of normalization, we strive to have challenged employees work at the same location as other employees, and when necessary, the company or surrounding people provide support. As of the end of April 2007, challenged employees accounted for 1.89% of our workforce. |

| Creating a corporate culture that women can actively take part in |
| We compare poorly to other industries and corporations in terms of female employment and female managers. In order to improve the situation, we are aggressively taking steps to expand the areas women are active in, and these efforts include setting targets for the percentage of women among new graduate recruits and calling for each department to promote women to management posts. |
