This is an on-hands seminar, where participants actually view their blood flow on a monitor and get an actually feeling for how good their blood flow is. This works to increase employee awareness which is important for managing oneself daily and improving onefs life style. |

| In order to create a safe workplace environment, we have established a Central Environmental and Safety & Health Committee, promote activities aimed at zero accidents, including work-related accidents, in addition to creating a Safety and Health Committee for each region and working every day to promote safety and health efforts taking into consideration regional characteristics. |

| Connecting with BCP efforts |
 |

We are pushing forward with efforts to create a system and mechanism so that business can continue in the case of an earthquake or natural disaster, so-called BCP (Business Continuity Plans). As one part of these efforts, we have introduced a Safety Confirmation System for Personnel so that we and families can confirm the safety of employees in the unlikely case of a disaster. Furthermore, we have stored, at the offices in each region of Japan, items such as food, water, medical supplies, and blankets that can be used when a disaster hits. |
